Mindfulness 101 Online

Dr. Donna Phillips, Associate Professor and the Director of the Center for Mindful Practice, will lead an introductory session on how to understand Mindfulness and begin establishing a daily Mindfulness Routine. She will share strategies for getting started, simple movements/stretches for controlling breathing and heart rate, and handy apps for scheduling time for mindful practice. This session will be on Zoom and will be recorded for those who cannot attend.
