Meditation for Everyone In-Person

Mindfulness meditation has been proven to alleviate stress and improve focus, which is especially important at this time in the semester. Even better, anyone can learn how to do it! We'll briefly discuss what meditation is and how it's done, then do a few different meditations as a group. We'll have time in between each meditation to ask questions or share your thoughts.
