Canvas New Quizzes Online
As you may have heard, Canvas has released New Quizzes to replace its existing Classic Quizzes. The official end-of-life date for classic Canvas Quizzes is scheduled for July 2022. Proctorio was recently integrated with New Quizzes, so now is great time to start learning this new utility. Some benefits of New Quizzes include:
- Ability to print exam and answer key
- New question formats, like categories, hot spots, drag-and-drop, and stimulus
- More options regarding student view security
Faculty do have the ability to migrate existing Classic Quizzes to New Quizzes, so there is no need to recreate any existing exams. This training will provide an overview of building a New Quiz and the different question formats available. It will be online and will be recorded for those who cannot attend.
