Developing a Self-Care Routine Online

You may have read about self-care and you may be on board with the benefits it can offer, even if at times it requires some extra effort on your part. Self-care means really listening to your body, taking moments to check in,  tuning in to your thoughts, and changing your behaviors and belief systems when needed.  This hour training, facilitated by BestSelf and sponsored by our Mental Health Literacy Committee, will go over the basics of self-care and a 3 step approach to creating a self-care routine, we will also discuss common barriers and brainstorm how to overcome them. ​Please join us to put some self-care in your day!
