EDU 496 - Managing Culturally Responsive Classrooms OTECF Online

Teaching through the lens of cultural diversity, educators of culturally responsive classrooms filter their planning and decision-making using culturally responsive and relevant pedagogy. Teacher candidates will be thinking about ways the classroom environment can be used to communicate respect for diversity, to reaffirm relationships and community, to avoid marginalizing students, and to encourage students to leverage their cultural capital.
