OTS Technology Spotlight: Edpuzzle

OTS Technology Spotlight: Edpuzzle Online

The Online Teacher Studio (OTS) a hub of digital resources applicable to all educators has a new Technology Spotlight featured for the upcoming 2024-2025 academic year, Edpuzzle!

Edpuzzle allows instructors to select a YouTube video or upload their own and make it interactive. You can add multiple-choice questions that grade automatically, include short answer questions to see detailed student responses and make the videos unskippable for viewers. The best part is that it easily integrates with Canvas, allowing you to push your Edpuzzle assignments directly to your Canvas course without requiring students to create an account.

Dr. Caitlin Riegel and Chris Plantone will demonstrate how Edpuzzle works from the professor's perspective, the student's view, and how to create a teacher account plus link it to your Canvas course. After attending the training and reaching the maximum video storage limit, faculty can get reimbursed for a Pro license for a year, providing unlimited space.

OTS invites faculty (full or part-time) to attend this virtual training by registering below.
